Are you a resident of Cook County who’s been needing a light replacement on your vehicle? Friday, August 8th, 9am-12pm visit the South Holland Police Station for a free car light repair!
The Cook County Sheriff’s LightSaver Program is a free service that helps drivers avoid unnecessary traffic stops by replacing broken or missing vehicle light bulbs. CCSO mechanics perform the replacements on-site, reducing repair costs, increasing roadway safety, and helping drivers avoid court fees.
Only lightbulbs will be replaced through this program. If a light is not working due to another issue, additional repairs will need to be made elsewhere.
Pre-registration is required and must be completed by Monday, August 4.
