The South Holland Fire Department will hold its 29th Annual Parade of Lights on Tuesday, October 7. The “lights only” parade honors those who have experienced a fire, loss of life, or fire-related injuries.
The evening begins with a short service at Thorn Creek Reformed Church before fire and rescue vehicles travel through South Holland, concluding at the Thornton Fire Department. Residents are encouraged to stand along the route with candles and lights in a show of support and remembrance.
PARADE ROUTE:
