Several exciting projects are underway in the Town Center District to strengthen South Holland’s downtown as a walkable destination for shopping, dining, and community gathering.
New developments include the SoHo Shops at Town Center, the Family Athletic Center, the Town Center Collective Art Gallery, three new Municipal Parking Lots, and an Outdoor Concert and Gathering Space. Together, with recent investments in public spaces, streetscape improvements, and new commercial developments, these projects continue to build a vibrant hub for residents, visitors, and small businesses.
