Pay Water/Sewer Bills
You can pay your water bill in one of three ways:
- Pay Water Bill Online
- Pay Water Bill by Direct Debit
- Pay in-person at the Customer Service Center, 16220 Wausau Avenue
- Pay over the phone at 855.786.5265
NOTE: Make checks payable to “Village of South Holland”.

| Sewer | $0.94 | per 1,000 gallons used |
| Sewer flat | $0.41 | per month |
| Refuse (Garbage Pick-Up) | $32.91 | per month |
| Minimum charge for water is $21.64; minimum total bill is $54.96. | ||
Note: Gallons are read in thousands
A $100 deposit is required for:
- All new customers
- Customers who have had water shut-off
- Customers who have written two returned checks in a 12-month period
Water shut-offs occur for default accounts of $75 or more.
There is a $75 re-connection fee.
