High-speed fiber internet is coming to South Holland. Surf Internet and Clearwave Fiber have begun construction which is scheduled to continue throughout 2026. Service will become available in each area as construction is completed, with the first neighborhoods expected to go live in mid to late June and final areas projected for completion by late October to early November.
Timelines are estimates and may change. During construction, crews will mark underground utilities, install fiber lines within utility easements, and complete yard restoration after work is finished.
