How to nominate:

• Nominate up to 3 teachers from your school
• Complete the Nomination Form by March 10, 2026, 5pm
• Submit the form below or in person at Village Hall

Eligibility:

• Certified Teachers in a South Holland School.
• Demonstrate outstanding service beyond daily duties
• Effectively change student lives

Winners will be selected by the South Holland Education Commission and honored during Teachers Appreciation Week in May.

Note: Previous recipients are ineligible for 3 years after receiving the award.
