The Village of South Holland is launching a new business program: The Shops at Town Center.
This retail incubator is designed for entrepreneurs and makers who are ready for a physical space and want to introduce their products to the community. The Shops will be located at 16114 South Park Ave, across from SoHo Café.
Program Benefits for Vendors
Vendors accepted into The Shops at Town Center will:
- Test the local market before committing to a full storefront
- Operate a 12′ x 16′ mini shop every weekend from May through December
- Receive mentorship and attend business workshops
- Join a community of small business owners
- Access ongoing marketing support and additional resources
With support from the Village of South Holland and partner organizations, vendors will have access to tools, guidance, and training designed to help them reach new customers and strengthen their business.
