2024 Sanitary Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation

This project consists of the rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer manholes by installing new seals and covers, internal chimney seals, grouting manholes, internally sealing manholes with cementitious coatings, repairing manhole benches and inverts and heavy cleaning, which includes the cleaning and lawful removal and disposal of accumulated and recovered materials.  The purpose of the project is to rehabilitate sanitary sewer manholes that were previously identified as needing repair during previous manhole inspections projects. The project includes rehabilitation of 60 sanitary sewer manholes at the locations shown on the project exhibits.  The impact of this work is expected to have minimal disruption for residents and will provide benefit for all sewer system users.  The Contractor will provide residents with further notice of the work through door hanger placards which will be posted prior to work in your neighborhood and will provide further information and timing of the project. This work is tentatively scheduled to start in April 2024 and be completed by September 2024.
