Roads & Right-of-Way Division

The Public Works Department’s Roads & Right-of-Way Division is responsible for keeping South Holland safe, clean, and accessible. The division maintains:

  • 104 miles of roads
  • 83 public right-of-way areas
  • 56 village-owned properties
