Animal License

All dogs in the Village of South Holland are required to have a valid animal license.

Fees

  • Annual License: $10.00
  • Senior Citizens (65+): $5.00

Requirements

To obtain a license, dog owners must provide:

  • Name and address of the owner
  • Dog’s sex and breed
  • Proof of current rabies vaccination

How to Apply

License forms are available at the Collector’s Office in Village Hall. Checks should be made payable to “Village of South Holland.”
