The Village of South Holland provides convenient services to help residents register to vote and participate in elections.

Voter Registration

  • Where to Register: Village Hall, 16226 Wausau Avenue
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Requirements: Two forms of identification (one must show your current address)

Absentee & Special Voting Programs

  • Absentee Voting: Available at Village Hall beginning 4 weeks before an election
  • Applications: Absentee ballot applications are available in the Clerk’s Office approximately 6 weeks before an election
  • Special Programs: Applications for Disabled Voter and Student Voter programs are also available in the Clerk’s Office

Polling Locations

  • Polling places in South Holland are assigned by the Cook County Clerk’s Office
  • Your official Voter Registration Card lists your polling location
  • You may also visit the Cook County Clerk Elections website to confirm your polling place
