Certificate of Payment Application

A Certificate of Payment is required to confirm that all outstanding Village fees, utility bills, and related charges have been paid in full. This document is most commonly used during property sales, transfers, or closings to ensure there are no unpaid balances tied to the property.

The Village of South Holland has moved this process to a secure online system for greater convenience and efficiency. Residents, title companies, and attorneys may now complete the application electronically and submit required information directly to the Village.
