Water and Sewer Bill Information
You can pay your water bill in one of four ways:
- Pay Water Bill by Direct Debit
- Pay in-person at the Customer Service Center,
- Pay over the phone at (855) 786-5265
NOTE: Make checks payable to “Village of South Holland”.
Water Bill Breakdown: The following rates will be effective on the water bill issued in May.

| $10.33 | per 1,000 gallons for next 100,000 gallons | |
| $10.18 | per 1,000 gallons for gallons over 125,000 | |
| Sewer | $1.41 | per 1,000 gallons used |
| Sewer Flat | $0.42 | per month |
| Refuse (Garbage Pick Up) | $34.56 | per month |
Minimum charge for water is $22.50; minimum total bill is $57.48.
Note: Gallons are read in thousands
A $100 deposit is required for:
- All new customers
- Customers who have had water shut-off
- Customers who have written two returned checks in a 12-month period
Water shut-offs occur for default accounts of $75 or more.
There is a $75 re-connection fee.
